NextGen Corp, a startup based in Tunisia and established in 2013 has secured her 4th fund rising with the MAXULA SEED FUND for startups, managed and distributed by MAXULA Gestion. This Fund, to which the insurance company MAE (Mutuelle Assurance de l'Enseignement) and the Arab Tunisian Bank (ATB) have subscribed, will invest in the Startup

NextGen Corp, a startup based in Tunisia and established in 2013 has secured her 4th fund rising with the MAXULA SEED FUND for startups, managed and distributed by MAXULA Gestion.
This Fund, to which the insurance company MAE (Mutuelle Assurance de l’Enseignement) and the Arab Tunisian Bank (ATB) have subscribed, will invest in the Startup specialized in the development of educational and therapeutic IT solutions for kids, in terms of capital and quasi-capital.
To this end, a shareholders’ agreement was signed between Mr. Raouf Aouadi, Chairman and CEO of MAXULA Gestion, and Mr. Moez Lachneb, SEO of NextGen Corp, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Hakim Sraîeb, Director of Studies, of the strategic investment and participations in ATB, and Ms. Myriam Ben Abdennebi, Chief Financial Officer at MAE Assurances.
Remember that the objective of the MAXULA SEED FUND for statups is to invest in Startups based in Tunisia whose economic model has a strong innovative dimension. The activity of these Startups must have strong growth potential and have not exceeded eight years following the year of incorporation.
